 Grass Fed Beef

Whole, half or quarter is available. A whole beef will be approximately 600 lbs carcass weight and will yield approx 520 lbs of meat.

Available for Fall 2011

The following is a sample of the cuts from a half beef :

30-40 lbs of steaks ( Sirloin, T-Bones, Rib eye,Strip, Round and Flat)

40-50 lbs of Stew meat and Roasts( Arm, Chuck and Sirloin Roasts)

70-80 lbs of Ground Beef ( Bulk or Patties or some of both)

5 lbs of ribs and brisket

5-10 lbs of soup (dog bones)

The price includes processing at USDA inspected facility, cutting of meat to the customers specifications and delivery within 50 miles, small fee for distance greater than 50 miles.

Naturally Grown Lamb

Whole and Half lambs are available. A whole lamb carcass will be approx. 55-65 lbs and will yield 45-55 lbs of meat.

Lamb will be available starting in June.

The following is an example of a half lamb order:

 6-9 lbs Leg of lamb

6-8 1" lamb chops

6-8 rack lamb chops or 8 rib rack

Shoulder: Can be used as 4 chops 1" chops or stew meat

8-12 lbs of ground lamb

Pricing:

Whole: $ 4.15 carcass pound

Half:     $ 4.35 carcass pound
